The 3 Types of Business Owner
Business owners fall into three categories:
The Dreamer — stuck in ideas.
The Doer — buried in busy work.
The Dominator — focused, strategic, and scaling.
Which one are you?Warrior Business Coaching transforms Doers into Dominators.

The 3 Types of Business Owners — Which One Are You?
In the world of entrepreneurship, there’s no shortage of ambition. But there is a shortage of clarity, execution, and strategic direction—and that’s exactly what separates the top performers from the rest.
At Warrior Business Coaching, we’ve seen it all. And over time, we’ve come to realize that nearly every business owner falls into one of three distinct categories:
1. The Dreamer
The Dreamer is full of ideas, new projects, big visions, game-changing products. But they live in the future, not the present. They talk about what they’re going to do. They brainstorm endlessly but fail to act.
A Dreamer is where everybody starts. They are surrounded by ideas but rarely if ever do they execute on those ideas. Dreamers are visionaries. They have notebooks full of plans, post its with product ideas, and late-night “aha-moments.” I personally tend to always get those ideas when in the shower. My best friend and I had lunch today and he showed me this high-tech product that a company is marketing that he thought up years ago. The difference, they executed, and he did not. Leave a comment below if you have had an idea for a product that you have not yet produced, I know you have one.
Result of just dreaming? Stagnation. Frustration. Missed opportunity.
“If you’re always planning but never producing, you’re not building a business—you’re building castles in the sky.”

2. The Doer
Doers pride themselves on being busy. Their calendar is full. Their to-do list never ends. But here’s the harsh truth: activity doesn’t equal productivity.
The Doer is reactive, not strategic. They work in the business, not on it. The Doer is always busy but never making progress. You might call a Doer a Hustler, they wear “busy” like a badge of honor. But busy does not equal growth. Having been a doer in the past, the most frustrating thing in the world, to me, is working an entire day, going home and feeling like I have accomplished nothing. Have you ever felt that way?
Result of being a Hustler? Burnout. Little growth. No leverage.
“If you’re grinding 12 hours a day but never seeing traction, you’re not running a business—you’re running in circles.”

3. The Dominator
The Dominator is the rare breed. They combine vision with discipline. They operate with precision, clarity, and execution. Their time is intentional. Their goals are specific. Their growth is measurable.
They have mastered the art of doing less while producing more. The dominator builds systems, empowers others to run those systems, scales by adding more staff, and then focuses his or her energy on growth versus the grind of operating the business.
Result? Momentum. Wealth. Freedom.
“Dominators don’t chase trends. They build empires.”
